Kind Words

Dear Brother Laminack,

Thank you, thank you, thank you!  I have looked regularly over the years for a Web site which would be helpful to Primitive Baptists in the areas of:

  • Updated list of upcoming special worship meetings

  • Downloadable (or links to downloadable) sermons

  • Comprehensive list of churches, their location, and meeting days/times

  • Articles for visitors but also long-time PBs

I believe these to be the main things that would drive PB visitors to a PB site, and the reasons they would seek out a PB site in the first place.

I have seen other sites which attempted to serve one or more of these needs, but none have been completely successful in all regards.  primitivebaptistchurches.com comes the closest of any site I’ve yet seen, and I was immediately excited as I began browsing it.  For God’s people who have a desire to seek out more spiritualness in their lives, I have not found a Web site until this one which had the depth of updated information presented in a user-friendly way.  So again, thank you.  I’m excited for the possibilities of what this site can become.  Please let me know if I can be of assistance in any regard.

I would love to see a site which has a comprehensive listing of meetings, and that can only come through PBs all over the world submitting information.

Brother, may the Lord bless you in your efforts to assist His people!

In Christ,

Brother Barry,

I fortunately found your site by accident this evening.

What a great job you have done, I am jealous. Just kidding. But you have created a wonderful site for the cause of the church.

When I visited I noticed you had one of my videos at the bottom of the front page. Please feel free to use any that you find on our site or on any of the hosting sites.

Carry on the good work.

May God Bless,

Elder Keith Ellis

Brother Barry,

First let me say, nice site. It is very well done. Surfing through the site I noticed our church wasn’t listed. I am sure it was just an oversight but here is the info.

Brother Barry,

I found the website some time ago.  I have been telling others about it.  God Bless You for taking the time to do this.

I would like for you to update the information about one of the churches listed.

Macedonia Primitive Baptist Church-Cartersville, GA

   Pastor:  Elder Will Martin
   Website:  http://macedoniapbc.org

The website is in the development stages but someone can still get directions to the church from it.  We will be adding information to it in the very near future.

Thanks again for your efforts and please let me know if I can be of any help to you.

Take Care,

Will Martin

Dear Brother Laminack,

Ditto! I also enjoyed your web site – what a wonderful job you have done compiling all of the information you have.  Being a web designer by trade (actually specialize in web-based manuals) I can see all of the work that has gone into this web site.  It is a tremendous resource.  I am currently listening to some of your Mp3 files with the beautiful music while I work.

Thanks again and God bless,

Sister Sandy – Greenwood Primitive Baptist Church in Greenwood, Mississippi
